The Port Harcourt Carnival International Heritage Parade which started 20th of December, running through 21st happens to be the most colourful of all events, with all the bands dressed in diverse but unique Rivers attire.

Garden City Freestyle Parade Result:
Treasure Base Band - Winner
Black Gold Band - 1st Runner Up
