The Port Harcourt Carnival #Carniriv2013 tagged “Green World Edition” Official opening took place at the carnival village on the 16th of December 2013 featuring the cultural dance of the People of Rivers State (DOFF | Dance of FireFlies). The Carnival Village was packed to full capacity.
